Tariq stars for Karachi Whites

KARACHI, Jan 16: Opener Tariq Haroon hammered a superb hundred as Karachi Whites routed Mirpurkhas by 112 runs in the Sindh Inter District Super League Cricket competition at the Asghar Ali Shah Stadium here on Monday.Tariq (103) and Mansoor (94) added 154 for the second wicket as Karachi Whites raced to 271-5 in 45 overs. In reply, Mirpurkhas side were bowled out for 159 in 44.5 overs. Leg-spinner Ejaz Ahmed claimed four wickets for 39. Adnan Malik took 2-33 and Haris Ayaz got 2-20. Naved Buland top-scored with 56, striking five boundaries.
