LANDI KOTAL: Kidnapped boy recovered

LANDI KOTAL, Jan 16: A student of a local private school, who was kidnapped from Bara in May 2006, was recovered from Orakzai Agency on Tuesday. According to sources, Sohail, son of Khan Sayyaf, was kidnapped while on his way to the school. Yaghistan, the ringleader of a gang of kidnappers, had allegedly handed over the boy to one Kashmir Khan in Tirah. The boy’s kidnapping had sparked protest demonstrations in Bara.
