LAHORE, Jan 13: Punjab additional advocate general Chaudhary Arif Bhinder, his brother Kashif Binder and nephew Muhammad Waseem — who were gunned down on Friday — were laid to rest in their ancestral graveyard in Khokhar Pind, Badami Bagh, on Saturday afternoon.

Arif Bhinder’s Namaz-i-Janaza was offered at Nasir Bagh. Later, his body was taken to Khokhar Pind where Namaz-i-Janaza of his brother and nephew was offered. Later, all the bodies were buried.

Lawyers afterwards took out a procession and marched on the Lower Mall and part of Shahrah Quaid-i-Azam to protest the killings. They raised slogans and demanded immediate arrest of the killers.—APP
