PESHAWAR, Jan 7: The former director of the Peshawar Museum and chairman of the Peshawar University’s archaeology department, Fidaullah Sehrai, has praised the provincial government for making quick preparations for celebrating the centenary of the Peshawar Museum, commencing from Monday (today). In a press statement issued here on Sunday, Mr Sehrai said that Peshawar Museum had the richest collection of Gandhara art and was opened in the Victoria Memorial Hall in 1906.—APP
