A large number of subscribers of PTCL WLL told this correspondent that due to some technical fault in WLL local system, their phones are dead and they are unable to get connectivity, both with local telephone numbers and internet. Apart from service being out of order, they said, they are facing a number of other problems as well such as fault in service, excess billing, fault-clearance, response-time and call failure rate.—Correspondent
