PCB announces SA tour schedule

KARACHI, Dec 26: Pakistan will play three Tests and five One-day Internationals during their tour to South Africa, which is starting next month, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Tuesday.

Pakistan had lost previous Test and ODI series against the Proteas under the captaincy of Waqar Younis.

This is Inzamam-ul-Haq's first experience as captain in South Africa.

Schedule:

Jan 6-8: Three-day warm-up match against South Africa ‘A’ at De Beers Diamond Oval, Kimberley.

Jan 11-15: 1st Test at SuperSport Park, Centurion (Pretoria).

Jan 19-23: 2nd Test at St George's Park, Port Elizabeth.

Jan 26-30: 3rd Test at Newlands, Cape Town.

Feb 2: Twenty20 International at New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg.

Feb 4: 1st ODI at SuperSport Park, Centurion (Pretoria).

Feb 7: 2nd ODI at Kingsmead, Durban.

Feb 9: 3rd ODI at St George's Park, Port Elizabeth.

Feb 11: 4th ODI at Newlands, Cape Town.
