QUETTA, Dec 24: Chief Minister Jam Mohammad Yousuf has urged the Pakistani business community in the UAE to invest in Balochistan, saying it will not only benefit them but also contribute towards development of the province and the country.

According to a handout issued here, Mr Yousuf was talking to a delegation of Pakistani businessmen in Dubai during his brief stay on Sunday after returning from an official visit to Chile.

He said construction of the Gwadar seaport and investment in different sectors in Balochistan had opened new opportunities. The port would provide an access to international markets, he said.
