MULTAN, Dec 8: A man killed his wife and her alleged boyfriend with the help of his brothers in Khanewal on Friday.

Ghulam Shabeer Bati from Chak No 17/AH told police that when he arrived home, he felt the presence of some outsider in his room.

He called his brothers, Safdar Bati and Ashraf Bati, and asked his wife Sameena Bibi to open the door. When they searched the room, they found Rana Sohail hiding under the bed.

Believing an affair between Samina and Sohail, they first killed Sohail and later Sameena with a hatchet. Kohna police arrested accused Shabeer and Safdar while Ashraf fled.

Police have lodged a first information report and sent bodies to the Khanewal District Headquarters Hospital for autopsy.
