Austria keen to invest

KARACHI, Dec 7: Austria plans to open its Trade Marketing Office in DHA as Austrian investors and businessmen are keen to invest in various development projects in Pakistan. This was stated during the visit of a 10-member Austrian Trade delegation to DHA’s main office.

The Austrian team, led by Vice President of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Dr Richard Schenz, called on DHA Administrator Brig Kamran Aziz Qazi, and informed that the Austrian investors were keenly looking forward for making investment in different projects and enterprises.

They showed interest in the fields of desalination and power generation technology, hospital construction and management, urban construction projects and contemporary solid waste management systems.—APP
