Wasim smashes unbeaten ton

KARACHI, Nov 17: Wasim Abbas smashed a brilliant unbeaten century as Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) secured a healthy 79-run first-innings lead on second day of their three-day Patrons Trophy grade-II match against Karachi Port Trust (KPT) at the PCB Academy ground on Friday.

Right-handed middle-order batsman, Wasim cracked 12 boundaries and a six in his 107 not out in 292 minutes batting.

Paceman Mohammad Hasnain grabbed five wickets for 71 runs in 19.5 overs for KPT while Fahad Khan claimed three wickets for 79 runs in 18.4 overs.—APP
