Mahmood Ali’s death condoled

LAHORE, Nov 17: Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi and other provincial ministers have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of minister of state for cabinet division Mahmood Ali who breathed his last here on Friday.

Paying rich tributes to the veteran of the Pakistan Movement, the chief minister said the late Mahmood Ali was a brave soldier of the Quaid-i-Azam who had unshakable faith in Quaid’s vision for Pakistan.

In their separate condolence messages, Syed Raza Ali Gilani, Syed Akhtar Husain Rizvi, Chaudhry Zaheeruddin, Shuja Khanzada, Gul Hameed Khan Rokhari, Mian Manazir Ali Ranjha, Rana Shamshad Ahmad Khan, Makhdoom Ashfaq Ahmad, Nasim Lodhi and Qudsia Lodhi, Social Service Board chairperson Saba Sadiq and MPA Parveen Sikandar Gul also paid a tribute to the late Mahmood Ali.-—APP
