ISLAMABAD, Nov 8: Former Pakistan cricketers Javed Miandad and Wasim Akram will play in an exhibition match for Veterans-XI against AJK-XI to formally inaugurate a new cricket stadium of the international standard at Mirpur (Azad Kashmir) on Thursday.

The government of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir has built the 14,000-capacity-stadium at a cost of Rs80 million.

Proceeds from the one-day match will be donated to the President's Earthquake Relief Fund.
