GUJRANWALA, Nov 8: The district nazim has ordered the administration to get vacated state land worth millions of rupees illegally occupied by land mafia on the GT Road

Reports said some land grabbers illegally occupied four kanals and 13 marla agricultural land belonging to highway department located on the GT Road near Shaheenabad. The grabbers also began construction of boundary wall around the land.

District officer concerned Muhammad Abdullah informed the district nazim, DCO and the DPO about the illegal occupation of the state land, requesting appropriate action against the grabbers.

District Nazim Fiaz Ahmed Chattha took serious note of the land grabbing and directed district administration and revenue department to get the land vacated immediately.

DCO Manzer Hayat deputed revenue officers concerned to get the land vacated from the grabbers with police help.
