KHAAR (Bajaur), Oct 31: Qazi Hussain Ahmed, president of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal and Amir of Jamaat-i-Islami, and other MMA leaders were not allowed to enter Bajaur Agency on Tuesday morning.

They wanted to come to Bajaur to condole with families of the children and other people killed in an air-strike a day earlier.

Political authorities of the agency however denied entry to outsiders.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Jamiat Ulama-i-Islam (Fazal), led by Maulana Shujaa-ul-Malik, was also stopped at the Mehmand tribal agency and prevented from entering Bajaur.

They protested over the administration’s decision banning their entry.—PPI
