KARACHI, Oct 30: Chief selector Wasim Bari on Monday said dope-tainted pace duo of Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif will only be considered for the home series against West Indies if the pair are cleared of doping charges from the tribunal.
“Until that happens, the selectors are not in a position to consider the two pacers for the home series,” he said.
The former Test player said that the 15-member team would be selected in a meeting this week. The West Indies will arrive in the first week of November to play three Test matches and five ODI series with the first Test match starting from at
