Golf equipment for youngsters

KARACHI, Oct 21: Sindh Golf Association is planning to buy golf equipment worth Rs500,000 for youngsters picked under Pakistan Golf Federation talent hunt scheme.“The youngsters will be eligible to use these equipments as long as they continue to play under the scheme,” SGA secretary Asad I. A. Khan said on Saturday.

The SGA is also considering to award them additional stipend of Rs3,000 besides Rs5,000 provided by the PGF.

Following golfers have been picked from Sindh under the scheme: Abrar Ahmed, Ali Sher, Ayaz Gul, Amjad Rahim and Mohsin Khan.—APP
