KARACHI, Oct 19: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) will present a comprehensive document about National Business Agenda (NBA) to the government by end of December 2006 aimed at achieving the goals by 2020 regarding export and investment potential.

The first meeting of the Focus Group on NBA was held on Wednesday which was presided over by FPCCI President Ch Mohammad Saeed and was attended by leading businessmen and industrialists.

The group would hold three more meetings at Lahore, Islamabad and again in Karachi in which concerned ministers would be invited to chair the sessions, FPCCI president said, adding that by December 15 the federation would prepare a final report.

“Our objective of the NBA is to attract the government’s attention and decide its priorities towards the main issues to be faced during the next 15 years,” Saeed said.
