One-sided wins

KARACHI, Oct 8: Bounce Club and Neighbourhood Varsity chalked up one-sided victories in the Neighbourhood United Ramazan basketball tournament at Arambagh floodlit court on Saturday.

Bounce humbled National Club 78-28 in Group ‘A’ to earn full points. The winners led 33-10 at half time.

Owais (20) and Sameer (10) were the principal scorers for winners while Jahangir and Ghulam scored 8 and 6 for the losers.

Neighbourhood Varsity inflicted 44-17 victory over Karachi Colts in Group ‘B’ after enjoying 25-8 lead at breather.

Shakir top scored with 11 points. He was followed by Jabir and Hammad who contributed 8 and 6. Zain scored 5 for the losers.
