Adnan shines

KARACHI, Sept 30: A good all-round performance by Adnan Ahmed inspired Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) to a 28-run win against AKU Staff & Faculty in the 2nd AKU Twenty20 Ramazan cricket tournament on Friday.

Adnan scored 28 as DIB reached 174 for five. Faisal Waqar contributed 54 which included six fours.

AKU Faculty & Staff made 146 in 19 overs in reply with Jahangor Khan striking four fours and two sixes in his 45.

Adnan claimed four for 23 and was declared Man-of-the-Match.
