MUZAFFARABAD, Sept 28: At least 41 persons crossed over to held Kashmir from the Chakothi crossing point, while 59 members of the divided Kashmiri families also arrived in Azad Jammu and Kashmir from the occupied region to meet their kith and kin on Thursday, the local Army spokesman said here.

As part of the confidence building measures between Pakistan and India, Chakothi point had been opened on April 7, 2004.

In the wake of the October 8 earthquake last year, four more crossing points had been opened for Kashmiris on the two sides to meet their relatives as an agreement between the governments of two countries.
