Teacher becomes human trafficker

SIALKOT, Sept 19: The Sialkot EDO (Education) has ordered an inquiry against a schoolteacher for running a network of human trafficking. Landlord Muhammad Hanif of Bheerh village, Daska, told the EDO that Shabbir Husain, teacher of Government Boys High School, Buttar, has been running the business with the cooperation of Gohdpur-based private company owner Muhammad Atif.

He claimed that the accused took thousands of rupees from him for sending his son Naveed to Europe. But he neither sent him abroad nor returned the money.

He sought the help of Federal Investigation Agency for busting the gang of human traffickers.
