DADU, Sept 12: The 754th annual Urs of Qalandar Lal Shahbaz began in Sehwan on Tuesday.

Sindh Minister for Auqaf, Zakat and Ushr Mir Manzoor Ahmed Panhwar inaugurated the three-day Urs, offered Fateha and laid floral wreaths on the Mazar of Qalandar Shahbaz.

Talking to newsmen, Manzoor Ahmed Panhwar said that “we should follow the teachings of saints and spread their message. He said that arrangements this time were better in last year’s.” He hoped that the devotees of Lal Shahbaz would not face any difficulty.

Later, the provincial minister distributed clothes among poor women.

EXHIBITION: Jamshoro District Nazim Malik Asad Sikandar inaugurated the exhibition in Sehwan on Tuesday. He visited stalls of installed by different departments. Industries, agriculture, agrochemical, animal husbandry, forest, education, health, social welfare and fisheries departments have installed their stalls at exhibition.
