KARACHI, Sept 8: Young Pakistan boxers will be seen exchanging punches in the Asian Junior Boxing Championship which will be held at Indian city of Goa next month, a Pakistan Boxing Federation (PBF) official said here on Friday.

PBF will be making efforts to send their young boxers in all the major competitions with one eye on the Beijing Olympics 2008, the official stated. He said that as many as eight young boxers will represent the country in the competition to be played from October 16 to 24.

Thirty nations including China, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Korea and hosts India will take part in the event.—PPI
