Audit of NGOs under way

PINDI GHEB, Sept 2: A comprehensive programme has been chalked out to carry out audit of 122 NGOs working in different areas of Attock district. Talking to APP, Chairman District Co-ordination Council, Muhammad Tehseen, said that an audit team had been constituted to carry out audit of the NGOs.

He said the team would visit tehsil Jand on September 1, Hazro on September 4, Hassanabdal on Sept 8, Pindigheb Sept 9 and Fateh Jang as September 11. He said that audit of all NGOs would be carried out thoroughly without any leniency and the registration of dormant NGOs would be canceled.—APP
