JACOBABAD: Bandits kill villager

JACOBABAD, Sept 1: Armed bandits shot dead one Meeral Mirani in the kutcha area of Kandhkot on Friday morning.

Reports received here said that 30 armed men broke into the house of Meeral to with the intention to steal buffalos.

The inmates woke up and offered resistance. The bandits opened fire as a result of which, Meeral died on the spot.

The thieves took away 40 buffalos.

KILLED: One Meer Jat was killed over an old enmity in Abdul Rehman Village, Garhi Khairo, on Friday.

Meer Jat was on his way

when three men opened fire and fled. No FIR was lodged till the filing of this report.—Correspondent
