NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Aug 30: A stray dog attacked five people, three of them children, in the Kandiaro taluka on Wednesday. The dog attacked Habibullah Brohi, Tariq Brohi and Mehnaz Brohi in village Hassan Brohi near Kandiaro.
It also attacked Qurban Ali of village Tunia Baqa Shah and Kamran Memon in Kandiaro.
Parents and relatives of victims told reporters that the taluka municipal administration had failed to kill stray dogs.
KILLED: An old woman was ran over by a bus on the Kandiaro-Mehrabpur road on Wednesday.
Mithan Mari was getting out of the bus when the driver drove the bus. She died on the spot. The driver fled, but the Kandiaro police impounded the bus.
MORE CASES: Five more children infected with gastroenteritis were admitted in Kandiaro and Naushahro Feroze hospitals on Wednesday.
