PESHAWAR, Aug 28: The Pukhtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP) has termed the killing of Nawab Akabar Khan Bugti “an unparalleled act of state terrorism”, which should be condemned at all forums.

In a statement issued here on Monday, the PMAP said the Baloch, Pukhtoon, Sraeki and Sindhi people had been the victims of usurpation of their natural resources by Punjab for the last 58 years.

Whenever smaller nationalities raised voice for their legal and democratic rights, the Punjab silenced it by force, it said. The Baloch were struggling for their democratic rights under the leadership of Nawab Akbar Bugti, but the rulers killed him along with his companions, it added.

The PMAP statement said the killing was a clear evidence of state terrorism and exploitation of the people struggling for their constitutional rights.
