TOBA TEK SINGH, Aug 26: An unidentified man was killed and three others injured when a car ploughed into a political gathering at Pirmahal on Saturday evening. Reports said former union council No.48 naib nazim Mian Muhammad Amjad had hosted a function for ruling party MNA Riaz Fatyana at his petrol pump on Pirmahal-Shorkot Road where scores of area people were present.
The function was under way when a car ploughed into the gathering. As a result of which a person was killed while petrol pump manager Kashif, Laal Din and Asif sustained injuries.
The accused managed to escape leaving the car there.
