ATTOCK, Aug 24: The passengers of Attock-Rawalpindi Railcar (265up-264down) are facing great hardships in the absence of fans and electrician staff particularly in this hot and humid weather.

Several daily passengers that include students, doctors, government and private employees had braised the matter with the train guard and other railway officials of Attock and Rawalpindi stations but to no avail.

Interestingly, when this reporter visited the Attock station to ascertain the situation, all fans in the railcar were found off and no electrician staff was present.

All the passengers especially women and elderly people were found cursing the railway authorities as they experienced a lot of inconvenience during the two hour-long journey without fans from Rawalpindi to Attock.
