QUETTA, Aug 21: A two-member bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justice Javed Iqbal and Raja Fayyaz Ahmed has accepted the appeals of eight employees of the provincial government and set aside judgements and directed the Service Tribunal Balochistan to take a fresh decision.

The court remanded all the eight cases to the Service Tribunal for making the decision afresh after providing proper opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

Aziz Ahmed Baloch, Noor Mohammad, Abdul Qayyum, Abdul Razzak, Abdur Rehman Ahmed Khan Dehpal, Zafarullah Baloch and Ehsanullah, officials of different government departments, had filed appeals challenging the decision of the provincial government.—Correspondent
