SHIKARPUR, Aug 16: A man and his son were killed at the Jehan Khan bus stop on Wednesday morning.
One Mushtaq Ahmed Mahar and his son Khalid Ahmed were shot dead by eight armed men when the deceased were waiting at the Jehan Khan bus stop to board a bus for Shikarpur to attend the court for hearing in the case of murder of Najeeb Mahar. The double murder is said to be in reaction to the murder of Najeeb Mahar belonging to the rival group of Aijaz Mahar allegedly committed by the deceased.
Relatives of the deceased keeped their bodies on the Sukkur-Shikarpur road near the Jehan Khan bus stop.
