LAHORE, Feb 11: The Pakistani businessmen will hold sectoral meetings with their Turkish counterparts on the margins of the Pakistan-Turkey Business Forum meeting scheduled for Saturday at Karachi.

The Turkish trade and investment mission will arrive Karachi on Friday to attend the meeting being organized by the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI).

The two sides, according to the FPCCI officials, have identified seven sectors for the sectoral meetings between the businessmen of the two countries.

They are construction, construction material and contracting, textiles and garments, textile machinery and equipment, foodstuff and agribusiness, auto parts and automobiles, chemicals and pharmaceuticals and computers and information technology.

Establishment of joint ventures would be encouraged during the meeting.
