KASUR, Aug 10: A man killed his father and brother over a property issue at Chah Root Singhwalla village on Thursday. Reports said Jaffar had a dispute with his father Idrees and brother Ramzan over the division of the house they were living in. The matter was referred to a village jury which decided the matter.

Jaffar, however, suspected that his father and brother might have influenced the panchayat. To exact revenge, he woke up early in the morning and killed his father and brother.

Police have registered a case.

Meanwhile, two brothers were shot dead by their tenant whom they asked to vacate their house after paying due rent.

Reports said Latif, Waleed, Illyas, Ijaz and others shot dead brothers Latif and Razzaq when they came to the house they had rented to Latif, a goldsmith. Illyas and Ijaz also suffered injuries in the exchange of fire.

Police have registered a case against six and arrested two of them.
