GUJAR KHAN, Aug 8: Four police officials were arrested after an under trial prisoner (UTP) escaped from the judicial lockup here on Tuesday. Superintendent of Police (Rural) Inayatullah Farooq said Mohammad Waqas, a resident of Wahagal village in Kotli Sattian Tehsil, was in judicial custody when on Tuesday morning the lockup staff asked him to dispose the garbage in the lawn.
