KARACHI, Aug 8: The PTCL has established rain emergency centre to effectively handle any situation in the aftermath of heavy downpours in the city. A press release of the company said that the customers could lodge their complaints at 106 and 18. They can also lodge their complaints for STR-II, region at telephone numbers: 2636258, 2636477, 2638471 or Fax: 2624710, 2636477 and for STR-III, region, at telephone number: 4828885 or Fax: 4828886.
