LARKANA, Aug 2: Police on Tuesday found the body of a young woman stuffed in a leather bag, near the Sui gas office in Shahdadkot.

Heroin addicts while scavenging garbage to collect plastic material spotted the leather bag. As they tried to open it they found the charred body of a young woman. Police were informed by the area people, which arrived at the scene and removed the body to the Taluka Hospital for autopsy.

The preliminary post-mortem report indicated that it was the body of 18 to 20 years old female who had been killed with a sharp weapon and later put to torch.

Police said the body, still unidentified, was packed in the bag and threw it at an abandoned place by some unknown killers.

After autopsy the body with ‘unclaimed’ tag was buried and an FIR regestered.
