The United States has urged its citizens in the Middle East to exercise heightened vigilance amid an increased threat of armed attacks by Houthis and Iranian efforts to target US government officials in the region.
It also warned of possible flight cancellations, airspace closures and travel disruptions, advising Americans to follow country-specific security alerts.
