Houthis have established a body to issue permits for vessels transiting the Red Sea, Iran’s state broadcaster IRIB reports.
“Ship captains are required to declare that they have no ties to the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, or Saudi Arabia,” IRIB said on X.
