ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) will provide special facilitation to the investors who participated in the recent auction of commercial plots in Islamabad and designated officers will be appointed to facilitate them.

This was stated by Director General FGEHA retired Capt Zafar Iqbal while speaking at a special conference organised by the Authority for the successful bidders, who had participated in the auction of the plots in Islamabad’s G-13 and G-14 sectors held in September.

“This arrangement will enable investors to directly approach the relevant officer regarding any matter related to their investment, ensuring timely assistance and effective resolution of their issues,” the DG said.

During the event, acceptance letters and awards were distributed among the successful investors, says a press release.

The director general FGEHA stated that the enthusiastic participation of investors in the auction and the confidence they had demonstrated reflected the growing recognition of the transparent procedures and investor-friendly policies.

“You are not merely investors for us; you are our business partners. You have chosen the FGEHA by placing your trust in us, and through our performance and practical measures, we will demonstrate that your decision was the right one,” the DG said.

Speaking on the occasion, Director Administration FGEHA Tanveer Haider Khokhar appreciated the investors for their trust in Authority.
