NAROWAL: Rescue 1122 teams retrieved the body of an unidentified man from the river Ravi near Kartarpur Bridge on Shakargarh Road.
According to a spokesperson, a caller informed the rescuers about the body seen floating in the river near the Kartarpur Bridge.
He said that upon receiving the call, a Rescue 1122 team from Kartarpur station arrived at the scene and retrieved the body from the river.
He said that after local police completed legal formalities, the rescuers transferred the body to the DHQ Hospital, Narowal.
