A senior Western diplomat in the Saudi capital Riyadh tells AFP that several embassies are advising their staff against using King Khalid International Airport for a week following a spate of attacks.
Several Western embassies “indicated that they had decided to prohibit their staff’s travel to/from Riyadh Airport over the next week as a prudential step” the diplomat adds.
