Abbas to lead Pakistan in HK Sixes

LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has anno­unced the squad for the Hong Kong Sixes, with Abbas Afridi named captain for the tournament, which will be held at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground in Hong Kong.

According to the PCB, the Pakistan squad will leave for Hong Kong on Oct 28 and will compete alongside 11 other teams in the tournament to be held from Oct 30 to Nov 1.

The participating teams have been divided into four pools of three each. Pakistan have been placed in pool C.

Squad: Mohammad Abbas Afridi (captain), Abdul Samad, Ahmed Daniyal, Muhammad Irfan Khan, Khawaja Nafay, Mohammad Shahzad and Saad Masood.
