The first liquefied natural gas (LNG) train under QatarEnergy’s North Field East (NFE) expansion project is ready to start operations and is expected to produce its first gas in November, Reuters reports citing two people with knowledge of the matter, which could offer Qatar a path to restoring some lost output due to Iranian attacks.
