Ruda gets new chairman

LAHORE: The Punjab government has appointed former Punjab chief secretary Javed Aslam as the Chairman of the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA).

A formal notification regarding Javed Aslam’s appointment has been issued.

According to the notification, Javed Aslam has been appointed as RUDA Chairman for a term of three years.

Javed Aslam has previously served as the Chief Secretary of Punjab, Chairman of the Planning and Development Board, and Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister.
