LAHORE: The Pakistan International Auto Show (PAPS) 2026, organised by the Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts & Accessories Manufacturers (PAAPAM), will kick off on Friday (today) at the Lahore International Expo Centre.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif is expected to inaugurate the exhibition.
The three-day show will bring together leading automotive manufacturers, OEMs, auto-parts manufacturers, international exhibitors, technology partners, industry stakeholders and business representatives.
According to a spokesperson for PAAPAM, the exhibition will feature a comprehensive showcase across four halls of the Expo Centre, presenting cars, motorcycles, electric vehicles, armoured vehicles, mobility solutions and a wide range of locally-manufactured automotive parts and components.
“The show is very important in terms of launching and presentation of various new vehicles, including electric vehicles,” says Syed Nabeel Hashmi, a former PAAPAM chairman, while talking to Dawn on Friday.
He said no manufacturers of heavy vehicles would participate.
