SWABI, July 22: The Naib Nazim of Swabi district, Saeed Zada has been disqualified for submitting a fake matriculation certificate along with his nomination papers for contesting local bodies’ election.

Announcing this on Saturday, the Election Tribunal of Mardan said that by-poll for the post of naib nazim would be held within 10 days.

Saeed Zada, who also served as district general secretary of Jamait-i-Islami, was first elected as the nazim of Maini union council and then as district naib nazim, while representing the Swabi Jamhoori Ittehad.
