MUZAFFARABAD, July 20: The first session of the newly-elected Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly will be held at the assembly building here on Saturday (tomorrow).

Outgoing speaker Sardar Sayab Khalid will chair the session and administer oath to 41 elected members.

Sardar Atiq Ahmed Khan, leader of the majority Muslim Conference, and other MLAs-elect are involved in hectic lobbying. Later, the House would elect the new speaker who would take oath from the outgoing speaker.—PPI
