SANGHAR, July 20: The agriculture extension department said on Wednesday that cotton crop on an estimated 3,525 hectares in the district was under a pest attack.

Of the 105,750 hectares under cotton cultivation, nearly 2.5 per cent in Sanghar, Khadwari, Mangli, workshop stop, Gujri, Chak No 22, Peeroo Faqir Shoro, Sarhari, Kurkali, Mian, Lutko Mori, 18-Mile, Peromal, Berani, Jhol, Kandiari, Roonjho and other areas is under the bug attack.
