Exchange firm’s licence cancelled

KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has cancelled the authorisation/licence of Al-­Rahim Exchange Com­pany (Pvt) Ltd due to serious violations of regulatory instructions, the central bank announced on Monday.

Consequently, the exchange company, including its head office and all constituent branches, is hereby prohibited from undertaking any foreign exchange-related business activities in any capacity whatsoever, it added.
