ISLAMABAD: Psychological tests of police officials deployed at the Safe City Authority Islamabad are being conducted to enhance their capabilities, mental abilities and professional attitude.
Police said that in the first phase, a group of 20 personnel, including three women, appeared for the tests conducted at the Safe City Authority’s building.
The psychological tests are being conducted under the directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi with the aim of further improving the capabilities, mental abilities and professional performance of its officers and officials.
The tests, written and interview tests, are being conducted by a panel that includes psychologists.
The tests are being conducted to evaluate the personalities of the officials, as they perform important and sensitive duties.
After assessing their mental and physical fitness, the panel will make recommendations about each official who appeared for the tests.
Based on the results of the psychological tests, necessary measures will be taken to enhance professional skills, raise performance standards and improve the overall efficiency of officers and officials.
